Facilities
ET Central library is a 21st century knowledge center, totally computerized and fully furnished spread across an area of 10,943 sq. ft. with seating capacity of 400+ standing. It has five sub-branches in various departments to clair to the teaching research and extension programmes of the institute.
IET library is one of the richest library in the state having more than 53000 titles in the discipline of Engineering, Management, Humanities, works of foreign & Indian writers and much more. It also subscribes to all prominent national & International journal and educational CDS of various agencies in all disciplines.
Admission
In under graduation courses the college hold 600 seats, 480 for first shift with branches CS, EC, EE, ME and on second shift 120 seats are for branches CS, EE, ME. To pursue B.tech from this college one need to submit 77K of tuition fee and 7500 as caution money (one time payment) that is refundable after completion of the pursued courses.
Placement
Training & Placement Cell has an important role to play in student’s future and, therefore, is an indispensable pillar of the Institute. This department continuously strives to help students in pursuing their career goals by acquiring employment-seeking skills and ultimately to attain desired employment. This is accomplished through building a strong partnership amongst students, alumni, faculty members and industries.
IET follows centralized training and placement activities to provide equal opportunity to the each student of the each branch by calling various MNCs and core companies along with organizing a series of various activities throughout the year to make the students well equipped to face the rigorous placement process and to grow for sustained excellence in career.

Carnival-2017
The Parade of different States of India was the main attraction of the Carnival-2017. Various cultural song and dance performance were presented by the IET Group students.
Navayaam- The Fresher’s Day
‘Navayaam’ – The Fresher’s Day, is a cultural event showcasing the talents of fresher’s in guidance of their seniors. On the final eve Mr. & Ms. Freshers will be selected and felicitated by the Cheif Guests.
TECH-ECSTASY- The Annual Function
A 03 days annual function witnesses a wide variety of various cultural and academic competitive events. These competitions includes group dance, solo songs, theme shows etc.
ADIEU- The Farewell Party
This event is organized to bid farewell to outgoing batch. The final year students are given momentous and slam book along with group photographs are taken as memories of each batch.
Abhinandan Samaroh- The Orientation Program
Orientation Programme is the very first event of the new session aims to welcome newly admitted students.
