Microsoft has officially launched its Surface Book 2 and Surface in Indian Market. This Laptop series came into market in June 2017 and is not officially out for India with Windows 10 S. If you are into this laptop you can purchase it offline and online via Flipkart, Paytm, Amazon.in or other.

Price of Microsoft Surface Book 2 and Surface Laptop:

Surface Laptop is priced at Rs 86,999 for the starting price, going up to Rs 233,999. While Surface Book 2 will start at Rs 1,37,999 (Core i5 version), prices will go up to Rs 295,999.

Microsoft Surface Book 2:

Surface Book 2 has a touch-enabled screen and is powered by the Intel Core i7 8th generation processor. Microsoft is promising 17 hours of battery life. Microsoft says Surface Book 2 is the premium device in their series. It comes in the 13.5-inch and 15-inch variants with up to 16GB RAM and 1TBB of storage space. It also has the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050/1060 GPU on Core i7 models. Surface Book 2 have battery life of about 17 hours.

Microsoft Surface Laptop:

The Surface Laptop comes bearing a 13.5-inch Pixelsense display, with 3:2 aspect ratio. It weighs about 1.2kg and is 9.9mm thick. The laptop does not have a kickstand or a detachable display, so it has no foldable gimmicks at all. The laptop uses the same trackpad as the Surface Book and a fabric-based Alcantara keyboard deck, also seen on the Surface Pro. The laptop comes with 14 hour of battery life.

Due to some technical faults, this can happen. In such a case the amount deducted will be transferred to the bank account in the next 7-10 working days. Normally the bank takes this much time to credit the amount back into your account.

Q. The payment was successful but it still shows ‘Buy Now’ or not showing any videos on my dashboard? What should I do?

At times, there may be a slight delay in your payment reflecting on your EasyShiksha dashboard. However, if the problem is taking longer than 30 minutes, please let us know by writing to us at info@easyshiksha.com from your registered email id, and attach the screenshot of the payment receipt or transaction history. Soon after verification from the backend, we will update the payment status.

Q. What is the refund policy?

If you have enrolled, and are facing any technical problem then you can request a refund. But once the certificate has been generated, we shall not refund that.
