HDFC Bank entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Amity for its first-of-its-kind, unique Rising Bankers’ Programme, for which the formal Signing Ceremony was held at the Amity University campus. This program aims to generate employment opportunities for the youth through this collaboration, in the Banking and Finance sector.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Guest, Mr. Akhilesh Roy, Branch Banking Head- North & National Head Sales Excellence & Transformation, HDFC Bank, said, “At HDFC Bank, we are committed to shaping India’s young talent pool, making them future-ready through extensive training and skilling programs. We are excited to partner with Amity for ‘The Rising Bankers’ program. This will be a joint industry-academia initiative where the bank will select and Amity will train banking aspirants in the chosen roles to help them become job-ready.”

Dr. Ashok K. The MOA Signing ceremony was attended by Prof. (Dr.) Balvinder Shukla, Vice-Chancellor, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Dr. Gurinder Singh, Group Vice Chancellor, Amity Universities, Mr. A.P. Singh, Director, Amity School of Insurance, Banking & Actuarial Science, Dr. W. Selvamurthy, President, ASTIF,  the staff and students of Actuarial Science, Banking and Insurance. Mr. Aman Awal, Circle Head, Branch Banking, HDFC Bank, and several other senior officials and dignitaries from HDFC Bank were also present amongst others.
