April 23^rd,2018, New Delhi: UPES, one of the premier universities of North India, organized a mega career and counselling event ‘Unleash’ for the Delhi students.  Youth icon and best-selling author Durjoy Dutta, wowed students and parents alike with his inspiring life journey. They also got an opportunity to experience the beautiful and well- equipped campuses of UPES in Dehradun through virtual reality. Around 450 students, and parents attended UPES ‘Unleash’ event.

A mechanical engineer and management graduate by qualification, in his keynote address Durjoy Dutta advised students to “have short-term and long-term goals in terms of education, career, and passion and personality development and be serious about them”.

“I realized I have the power of words. You need to realize your own powers”, he further added.

This also ensures that our students are highly employable”.

B.Tech Admissions at UPES

UPES will be conducting its Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT) on May 5, 2018. Last date to apply for UPESEAT is April 25, 2018 and interested students need to fill an application form on the University website- www.upes.ac.in

UPES offers 15 computer science engineering programs in specialized fields such as Cyber Security and Forensic, Graphics and Gaming, Internet of Thins, Big Data and DevOps in collaboration with IBM and Xebia.

The University also offers 25 engineering specializations in aerospace, avionics, applied petroleum, automotive design, chemical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, fire & safety engineering, geo informatics, geo science, machine design and many more.

• Admissions through Board Merit – Minimum 80% marks in class 10th, 80% marks in class 12th and also have an aggregate of 80% in Physics, Chemistry and Maths (PCM) in class 12th.

• Admissions through JEE Main Merit – Minimum 60% marks in class 10th, 60% marks in class 12th and also have an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Maths (PCM) in class 12th with JEE Main Score (Cut off to be declared after JEE mains Results)
