Virohan has developed a training pedagogy which delivers a standardized, demand driven and engaging learning experience to youth across the country. The pedagogy frees up the trainer to focus their attention not on taking attendance, or preparing lesson plans / lectures, assigning / checking homework, but 100% on student engagement. The platform not only handles all that 100% automatically, but also delivers content designed & vetted by a team of doctors. Classrooms are run by facilitators who use an app and all students use the myCareer app, both inside the classroom and at home.
