New Delhi, August 05, 2019: Mindler, an ed-tech career guidance platform powered by machine learning algorithms to help students create a well-researched career plan, has launched first of its kind multi-level International Certified Career Coach (ICCC) program in India. The ICCC program is Mindler’s endeavour to create a team of professional career coaches who are empowered with state-of-the-art career guidance tools along with training on career guidance skills & global competencies in the domain of career guidance.
ICCC is being launched in collaboration with National Career Development Association (NCDA) & Career Development Alliance (CDA), USA and offers a three-level programme for professionals looking to learn international best practices in career coaching & guidance and to further sharpen their career guidance skills.
India has a counselling-deficit education sector with an estimated 1 lakh professional career counsellors as against the need for over 15 lakh career counsellors to mentor and guide over 300 million students. There are very few professional programs offered in India which can help one become proficient in the area of career counselling.
Increasing career options (well over 250 career domains to choose from) ranging from conventional choices like Medicine and Engineering to emerging & new-age career ones like AI Research Scientist, You-Tubing, Tea Tasting and Gerontology have created a global demand for expert career coaches who can provide the right advice.

The three-level ICCC program was launched in the presence of global educational experts Prof. Dr. N.K. Chadha, Senior Consultant at United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Prikshit Dhanda, Chief Strategy Officer at Mindler and a professionally trained career expert from the Harvard University, USA and many other domain experts. Over 100 aspirants from across India attended the launch and signed up for the new ICCC program in New Delhi. A series of cohorts across India are planned including Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Jaipur, Bhopal & even the middle east.
The three-level ICCC program comprises of ICCC Foundation program – a 30 credits program for 2 days, ICCC Master program – a 40 credits program and ICCC Advanced program – a 50 credits program. The participants will be trained by industry stalwarts, through webinars, experiential learning and live projects and case studies, assignments, tech-enabled guidance system and cutting-edge counsellor tools.
