New Delhi, August 05, 2019: Mindler, an ed-tech career guidance platform powered by machine learning algorithms to help students create a well-researched career plan, has launched first of its kind multi-level International Certified Career Coach (ICCC) program in India. The ICCC program is Mindler’s endeavour to create a team of professional career coaches who are empowered with state-of-the-art career guidance tools along with training on career guidance skills & global competencies in the domain of career guidance.
ICCC is being launched in collaboration with National Career Development Association (NCDA) & Career Development Alliance (CDA), USA and offers a three-level programme for professionals looking to learn international best practices in career coaching & guidance and to further sharpen their career guidance skills.

Over 100 aspirants from across India attended the launch and signed up for the new ICCC program in New Delhi. A series of cohorts across India are planned including Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Jaipur, Bhopal & even the middle east.

The three-level ICCC program comprises of ICCC Foundation program – a 30 credits program for 2 days, ICCC Master program – a 40 credits program and ICCC Advanced program – a 50 credits program.
