The Suncity World School celebrated its 10th annual fiesta ‘Saturnalia’ – a cosmic carnival in the august presence of Shri Manoj Sinha, Minister of State for Railways, GOI yesterday at the school premises. Mr. Laxmi Narain Goel, Chairman, Suncity School, >strong>Mr. Ankit Goel, Vice-Chairman, Suncity School, Ms Sanju Uppal, Princpal, Ryan International and Ms Rupa Chakravarty, Principal, Suncity School were the other dignitaries present at the occasion.
The school has entered in its 10th year in 2015 therefore the theme of the celebrations was TENacity. The show started with a welcome speech by Mr. Ankit Goel, Vice Chairman, Suncity School. Ms Rupa Chakravarty, Principal, Suncity School presented a prologue, the annual report of the school. This was followed by a small audio visual that highlighted the achievements of the school in the last ten years

Shri Manoj Sinha, MOS, Railways, GOI said “Education is the key to all the reforms in the world. We need to improve our education sector to be at par with the world. - Prize Distribution that honored the students for their intra-school, inter- school, zonal, district, state, national and international achievements.
Sharing the journey of the school Mr. Laxmi Narain Goel, Chairman, Suncity School said “The School has come a long way since its inception and has achieved a lot. The next is to set our targets for the future and start working towards them. We believe in education for all and are trying to reach out to all those children who are unable to access quality education. We impart free education to lakhs of children in India especially in the tribal areas. At Suncity also we have ‘Arpan’ where we teach the underprivileged and try to bring them to the mainstream. ”
