On December 28, 2018, the UPPRPB released an important notification. In the notification, the UPPRPB Board declared the examination dates for the 49,568 Constable posts. As per the notification, the UP Police Constable 2018 examination would be conducted on January 27 and 28, 2019. The Board will release more details on the same later on its official website.

UPPRPB Police Constable Written Exam Pattern :-

There will be a objective multiple choice type (OFFLINE).

The Question paper carrying total 300 marks.

The Exam Will be Based on the Subjects General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numerical & Mental Ability, Mental Aptitude, Intellectual gain and Logical Ability.

The Written Exam Will have Negative marking. The Actual Penalty will be Informed Later.

Level Of exam paper will be as per minimum educational standard.

The minimum Qualifying marks & Merit Cut Off in the Written Exam, will be Decided by the Recruitment Board.

Physical will be Qualifying Nature. There will be No Marks for Physical Exam.

UPPRPB Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Race
Candidates have to appear in Physical Efficiency Test Which will be of Qualifying nature. In Physical Efficiency Test Male candidates have to complete Race of 4.8 km in maximum 25 minutes and Female candidates have to complete Race of 2.4 km in maximum 14 minutes. Candidates who are unable to complete the race will be disqualify automatically.
