New Delhi, 8th September 2017 – Prof. Debashis Chatterjee, Director General, International Management Institute (IMI) Delhi, today hosted Leadership Clinic, a day-long workshop for industry leaders on addressing 99% of untapped potential of leadership. Prof. Chatterjee based the session on two decades of empirical research and experiential understanding of transformational leadership in all six continents of the world.
This workshop focused on the inner-life of the leader and particularly on the mental model they use to deal with situations in their work lives, the deep-rooted cultural and spiritual values of India that are increasingly relevant in modern workplaces.
The Clinic was attended by industry leaders from corporates ranging from Maruti Suzuki, IndiGo, Indian Oil Corporation, State Bank of India (SBI), Neyveli Lignite Corporation, Firstsource, RP Sanjiv Goenka Group, and CESC amongst others.
During the session, Prof. Chatterjee emphasized on one of the most prominent leadership quality and said, “A leader not only grows within a culture but also carries a culture within himself. When you practice using them and become proficient enough that they will become second nature that is when you will find that the transformation has already occurred”.
He elaborated on the five dimensions of leadership – Darshan, Swadhyay, Sahayog, Stithapragnya and Purnatwa.
Eminent editor Mr. Prabhu Chawla joined the session as a keynote speaker. He laid emphasis on the capability of listening for a leader as one of the important skillset of management. He further shared his experience as an editor spanning over two decades and shared the mantras of his success.
The participants left inspired and learnt how to inspire others so they achieve more than they ever thought they could. The session equipped them with a powerful and proven set of tools and detailed instruction on their use.

Q. Do I get the certificate in a hard copy?
No, only a soft copy of the certificate will be awarded, which can be downloaded and printed, if required.
Q. The payment got deducted, but the updated transaction status is showing “failed”. What to do now?
Due to some technical faults, this can happen. In such a case the amount deducted will be transferred to the bank account in the next 7-10 working days. Normally the bank takes this much time to credit the amount back into your account.
Q. The payment was successful but it still shows ‘Buy Now’ or not showing any videos on my dashboard? What should I do?
At times, there may be a slight delay in your payment reflecting on your EasyShiksha dashboard. However, if the problem is taking longer than 30 minutes, please let us know by writing to us at info@easyshiksha.com from your registered email id, and attach the screenshot of the payment receipt or transaction history. Soon after verification from the backend, we will update the payment status.
Q. What is the refund policy?
If you have enrolled, and are facing any technical problem then you can request a refund. But once the certificate has been generated, we shall not refund that..
