We were all excited to see our younger children back to school but better safe than sorry. With the sudden surge in the Covid cases made us take the decision to defer the reopening as we feel it’s important to take care of all our stakeholders rather than taking decisions hastily. So with a heavy heart, we have to again go back to online mode tomorrow onwards but we are hopeful the situation will soon change again and we will resume normal classes. At Orchids, we give utmost importance to children’s health hence all our 48+ branches will have classes online and will resume offline until the situation improves. Here I would like to thank our wonderful parents for their wholehearted support in all our decisions.

The present scenario requires all the schools to immediately switch back to online mode for all age groups so as to reduce the quick transmissions and keep the infection controlled in the children that still fall under the large non-vaccinated population group in the country. The already adopted ways of online and remote learning would facilitate adequate monitoring of the further spread and prevent the local outbreak of the virus. We, at Orchids, are focusing more on enhancing online learning methods and accelerating the vaccination rate amongst our students.

Due to outbreak of Omicron and its rising cases, we have decided to temporarily suspend in-classroom instruction.
Orchids always aims to provide the best to its students. With the vision to support learning journey at home, we will continue with online classes from Grade Nursery to Grade 10. We believe everyday learning is essential and we would continue providing the same no matter what the situation is.

48+ branches of Orchids The International Schools across India have decided to switch to online classes tomorrow onwards as a precaution amidst the increasing number of Covid cases.
Considering the safety of our students, staff, and their family members we are temporarily suspending the offline classes for a few days until the situation improves. We are extremely grateful to our parents, staff, and management, who continue to show great support to the school at all times and resilience as we work together in this battle with pandemic.
