May 23, 2023, National: MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), Pune has announced the opening of admissions for Pharmaceutical Sciences programmes for the academic year 2023. Interested candidates who meet the educational qualification criteria can apply online at admissions.mitwpu.edu.in. The last date to apply for B.Pharm and Pharm.D through NEET is 26th May 2023 and for M.Pharm is 30 June 2023.

The university offers a range of specializations in the field of pharmaceutical sciences including B.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Chemistry, M.Pharm Pharmaceutics, M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, M.Pharm Pharmacology, M.Pharm Pharmacognosy, M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Analysis, Postgraduate Diploma in Regulatory Affairs (PGDRA), and Ph.D.
Students also get an option of a direct entry in the second year of the B.Pharm programme after a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy. The last date to apply for the direct entry programme is 20th June 2023.
MIT-WPU is equipped with advanced laboratories and is home to an Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center that is approved by the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission and PvPI, enabling research in drug development and pharmaceutical technology. The university offers attractive stipends for GPAT-qualified students. They are also encouraged to engage in practical projects and internships at local hospitals such as Vishwaraj, Lokmanya, Sahyadri, Ruby Hall Clinic, Jahangir, and Unity Medicare for developing clinical skills.
