DPS Indirapuram celebrated Independence Day with a series of diverse and impactful activities. The occasion was marked by an ‘Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat’ Assembly that showcased the cultural tapestry of Arunachal Pradesh, fostering patriotism and unity among the students.

Students presented a captivating dance performance showcasing the traditional dance forms of the region. This portrayal not only entertained but also educated the audience about the cultural diversity and artistic brilliance of Arunachal Pradesh. The celebration resonated with the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav initiative by the Government of India. It encapsulated the spirit of the celebration by incorporating various elements that symbolised our nation’s glorious history, culture, and achievements.

The choir group’s melodious rendition, heartfelt poem recitation, and touching skit paying tribute to Indian heroes were among the highlights of the assembly. A mesmerising dance performance added to the fervour, igniting the students’ renewed love for the motherland. The event was a grand success due to the combined efforts of the teachers and the enthusiasm of the students, who united to create a spectacular showcase of patriotism.
