The Advanced Certificate Course has been specially designed for students in their final year of B.Ed./M.Ed./D.Ed./ECCEd. and prepares these students to be skilled and confident educators as they embark on a journey to teach Gen Z. Apart from that, the course will also help in-service teachers gain critical self-reflection tools related to current international trends, diverse channels of curriculum design & delivery and equip them with the right tools to fulfill their true potential and become defining players in the education system.

During the four-month long certificate programme, the candidates will be trained to integrate models and principles of curriculum design into classroom teaching, develop instructional designs and e-content plans, and demonstrate the application of evaluation techniques for achieving the learning outcomes. They will also learn to promote and exercise social and emotional competencies in their classrooms, blend technological learning and skills to enhance classroom teaching, and understand the implications of international standards to benchmark teaching-learning. The course will further deep dive into demonstrating the utilization of multi and inter-disciplinary approaches to enrich teaching, appreciate teachers’ personal and professional etiquettes, understand the local, national, and international policies moulding the education system of the 21st century and improvising classroom practices through action research.
