NATIONAL, May 13th, 2025: Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has announced the launch of its International School of Law, with admissions now open for the academic year 2025–26. The school, opening at the Coimbatore campus, will offer five-year integrated undergraduate programmes—B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) and B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)—designed to equip students with a comprehensive foundation in both Indian and international legal frameworks.
The curriculum includes core subjects of Indian Laws and a comparative study of various legal systems across the globe. The courses aim to prepare students for a wide range of professional roles in law, policy, and governance, both at domestic and global level.
Students will benefit from practical training through moot courts, legal aid clinics, internships, and several other skill development Programmes. The courses are offered in collaboration with different foreign universities and is backed by strong placement support facilitated by the university’s Corporate and Industry Relations (CIR) division. Faculty members bring a combination of academic expertise and professional legal experience both from India and abroad will take the students through a world class learning environment.
