CAT Exam
Common Admission Test (CAT) is authorized by the Indian Institute of Management. It is a national level management entrance exam conducted for the admission to 20 IIMs and more than 100 Business schools across India. Candidates who want to enter MBA take this exam and around 2 lakh students appear for the test every year. CAT 2018 consists of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and Non-MCQ type questions and it is a 3-hour online test. CAT is divided into three sections QA (Quantitative ability), VARC (Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension) and DI and LR (Data Interpretation and LogicalReasoning)

The selection process occurs after the release of CAT 2018 cut-off. The selection process varies from institution to institution. Each institution will execute their own admission process after the release of cut-off.
