Mumbai 30th August, 2019: The students of Hotel Management program donned their ‘Chef Caps’ to exhibit their culinary skills in the recently held Cooking Competition, ‘Rain Temptation’ a monsoon fest organized at CEDP Skill Institute, Thane. Almost 20 students participated in the event to use their acumen for cooking along with a sense of creativity to prepare the dishes.
The prime objective of the competition was to offer professional platform to students where they can display their individual and combined skills, creative talent and get opportunity to learn, and share experience in competitive environment.

They also interacted with the budding chefs to find out the ingredients of the recipes, nutritional value and historical significance of the dishes prepared by them.

The event was honored by Mrs. Geeta Sridhar, Chef Vikram and Chef Sushil. The chefs were happy to see the talent pool getting skilled to meet the growing needs of hospitality industry, wherein innovation and novelty have become a norm.
CEDP Skill Institute’s Princy Yadav was the winner for her creation, Chini-Chow popcorn and Sonam was awarded for preparing the best flavored soup, Healthy Wealthy. Special ingredients were combined to create these amazing recipes.
