As the Managing Director, Ms. Anu Zachariah’s primary focus will be to strengthen DDI’s overall strategic position and build DDI’s competitive advantage in a mature talent management market in India. “I am excited to be leading the DDI team in an era of optimism and progress for India; and representing the voice of the talent and market in India on a global scale to truly deliver value for all DDI clients and associates in the years ahead.” says Anu Zachariah, MD, DDI India.
Anu has over 18 years of professional experience, post her Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PM & IR) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India. She has been associated with DDI since 2008 and her last role was the Head of Consulting for DDI India.

Prior to joining DDI, Anu spent her career in Human Resource roles in leading FMCG, Banking and Engineering environments with global and Indian organizations. In her varied roles at DDI, Anu has steered and led large-scale implementations of DDI services to address a variety of talent management initiatives; as well as building and managing a strong portfolio of client relationships, both in India and globally.
These initiatives include leadership assessments, leadership potential identification, succession management, design and delivery of learning systems and executive development interventions, performance and change management; among others.
