MatriKiran School celebrated its 6th annual day on 19th November, 2016 in the august presence of Mr. T.L. Satyaprakash, Deputy Commissioner at the school premises. Addressing the gathering, Mr. T.L Satyaprakash, Deputy Commissioner of Gurgaon said, “It’s very tough to speak to children. In every 10 years new generation comes and they are better than us. I flunked my class 12 exams and then went on to top the civil services exam. Life comes to a full circle only if you have the determination. It’s only your determination that takes you forward. Losing and failing needs encouragement, not punishment. I also like to encourage children and parents for the concept of community. Whatever you do at the end of the day should service the community.”

Children showcased the train journey from New Delhi to Humpi through skits and musical performances that not only entertained the audience but also was a life enriching experience through these stories of Tenali Raman who was noted for his brilliance and wit.
