Mr. Clément Derock is the Co-founder of Ecole Intuit Lab, a French educational institute of design, strategy and digital creation. Mr. Derock along with Frederic Lalande launched a campus in Mumbai in 2011 with a vision to build a culture, not just a school. A culture where creative minds get the freedom to innovate, create and become part of a design revolution.
Additionally, Clément Derock is the associate director of Seenk, a digital and brand agency. Born in Pondicherry and having a mixed French-Indian origin and background, Clément studied architecture at the Faculty of Sciences in Luminy, followed by a course in Product Design at the Jean Perrin School in Marseille.
Clément Derock began his career as an aerospace designer. It was after this that he entered the world of creative agencies, where he applied his design experience to brands. He has been Creative Director at CB’a, Studio Grolier (Lagardère group), Club Internet, and Euro RSCG Design. Between these he embarked on a journey to India, where he created the design department of J. Walter Thompson (an advertising agency) in Bombay. In his endeavors at Seenk and Ecole Intuit Lab, he seeks to constantly employ creative intelligence, and to design not just for today, but for the evolving needs of tomorrow.
