IIIT-Delhi concluded its 1st & 2nd phase of campus placement for the batch graduating in 2017. The campus hosted 86 companies & 207 received offers, with an average compensation of 12 lacs per annum.
Institute received a total of 165 offers (164 Indian offers and 01 overseas offer) 93 A+ offers and 72 A offers at the end of 1st Phase, with the maximum annual compensation of Rs 35 lacs offered by Works application. Total 61 companies (28 A+ and 33 A category) participated in the 1st phase. Recruiters included Google, Amazon, Directi, IBM Research, Sandisk, Qualcomm, Works Application, and many others. The participating companies offered profiles like Software Developers, Research Engineers, Data Scientist, Design Engineer, System Engineer, Business Analyst, Frontend /Backend developers etc. The campus witnessed all the Big 4 consulting groups during the first phase.

The 2nd phase of campus placement concluded on 26thDecember .The campus hosted 25 companies (06 A+ and 19 A category) visited the campus & made 42 FT offers ( 23 A+ offers and 19 A offers), with the maximum annual compensation of Rs 16.5 lacs offered by QUALCOMM. Qualcomm an A+ category company visited IIIT-DELHI for the very first time & emerged as the biggest recruiter of the season making a whopping 32 offers ( 14 intern offers & 18 full time offers ).
