Eligibility Criteria followed by Indian Bank 2019 PO

There are some of the eligibility rules which the students should be aware of so that there should not be any kind of problem. These certain should be maintained by the students so that one person is able to give this Indian Bank PO test. It consists of mainly three things nationality, age and education qualification.

Nationality Criteria:

Nationalities related to the following can apply here.

Indian nationality, a resident of Nepal or Bhutan, Tibetan refugee who permanently settled in India due to some cause. People who have an origin from India and are migrating from Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and East African countries and are going to stay in India in future.

 In case of Age:

Certain rules for general category were that from 20 to the lowest age and up to 28 years to its highest. But to the other categories there are different norms. Like for Schedule Caste (SC) and Schedule Tribe (ST) there is an upper age relaxation of 5 years and in Other Backward Class (OBC) the relaxation is of 3 years.

When it comes to Education Qualification:

One should possess graduation/bachelor’s degree with a proper recognized institute as equivalent as recognized by the central government. Here streams may differ. And if a person is about to qualify and are preparing for his finals then also he can apply or we can say that then also he is eligible.

 Application Form was started from December 2017 to get it fill up. And this form consists of basic personal information of the candidate, his educational and academic qualification details, etc.

Candidate must follow these basic steps to fill out an application form.

  1. Candidates must do registration first so that they need to fill the basic details tom create a user login account.

  2. After that fill application form of Indian Bank PO 2019 and you should have those documents which are required there.

  3. Fees are to be transferred in the online mode.

Indian Bank PO 2019: Exam Pattern

Exam pattern followed here is the 3 levels of exam i.e. Prelims, Mains and final Interview round.

  • First exam of Prelim will be an online test.

  • The time duration is of 1 hour to solve 100 objective type questions.

  • There are three sections in which the question paper is divided-English language, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.

  • The second test of Mains is also a online test which comprises of 200 objective type questions.

  • And Mains consists of 5 sections- English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness and Computer Knowledge.

  • Candidates who will be able to crack these two are going to pass through the third one i.e. descriptive test (Letter Writing and Essay).

  • If the person understands Hindi more, then no need to worry both tiers of exam are available in Hindi and English as well.

Indian Bank PO 2019: Result

After exams the topic comes to the result process. Result of Indian Bank PO 2019 for Prelims will be declared within the 7 days of conducting the exam. And this result will be displayed on its official website as discussed earlier in form of score cards. Score card is basically a mark sheet in which marks of every topic is given with the total score. Results of Indian Bank Po 2019 can be checked by following these certain steps.

  • After that applicants are required to enter their roll number to view their result.

The final merit list for selection will be drawn out by using scores obtained in all 3 stages. The weight age allotted to Prelim & Main (taken together) and the interview will be 80:20 respectively. Candidates should qualify both the tests, the interview and have a high rank in the merit list to be selected.
