In case of Age:
Certain rules for general category were that from 20 to the lowest age and up to 28 years to its highest. But to the other categories there are different norms. Like for Schedule Caste (SC) and Schedule Tribe (ST) there is an upper age relaxation of 5 years and in Other Backward Class (OBC) the relaxation is of 3 years.
When it comes to Education Qualification:

Indian Bank PO 2019: Exam Pattern
Exam pattern followed here is the 3 levels of exam i.e. Prelims, Mains and final Interview round.
First exam of Prelim will be an online test.
The time duration is of 1 hour to solve 100 objective type questions.
There are three sections in which the question paper is divided-English language, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.
The second test of Mains is also a online test which comprises of 200 objective type questions.
And Mains consists of 5 sections- English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness and Computer Knowledge.
Candidates who will be able to crack these two are going to pass through the third one i.e. descriptive test (Letter Writing and Essay).
If the person understands Hindi more, then no need to worry both tiers of exam are available in Hindi and English as well.
