A six-member National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) Peer team visited The NorthCap University, Gurgaon for assessment and accreditation of the University.The University has undergone National Board of Accreditation (NBA) earlier, for many of its courses and also has earned the Premier University status from Accreditation Services for International Colleges (ASIC), UK. The University hadrecently volunteered for NAAC accreditation on becoming eligible for it, i.e. on completion of 5 years as a university with two batches passing out. The visit by the NAAC peer team is significant in the light of the recent good ranking of the University under the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) issued by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt of India, wherein NCU has been ranked 1st amongst all private universities across Haryana. In fact, NCU is the top and only private university in Haryana and Delhi/NCR to feature in the list.
