Narayan Seva Sansthan – a charitable organization that runs charitable hospitals in the country for Specially-abled, in particular polio and by-birth disabled, hosted artificial limb distribution camp in Surat along with the Rotary Club of Surat on Saturday and Sunday. Amid the lockdown, while maintaining social distancing and wearing mask, around 100 were benefited by acquiring prostheses for better mobility.

**How EasyShiksha Internship/Training Program Works**

Prior to the lockdown, in February this year, Narayan Seva Sansthan conducted the measurement in Surat. The senior prosthetics and orthotics specialist team took measurements during a delivery camp where people affected by polio were inspected, as well as those who lost their legs / hands due to diabetes, accidents etc., were measured for prostheses.

We are an organization that helps the differently able individuals realize their hopes, dreams, and ambitions and help those who need just a little extra support. So far, Narayan Seva Sansthan and its tireless team with the noble reverences have helped over 425850 individuals free of cost corrective surgeries and we don’t intend to stop. Apart from corrective surgeries, we also provide free of cost education to children from tribal belts and vocational training programs in employable skills for differently-abled & needy adults. Our other initiatives involve free of cost mass weddings & Divyang Talent shows that focus upon the social rehabilitation of people in need.

Q. The payment got deducted, but the updated transaction status is showing “failed”. What to do now?

Due to some technical faults, this can happen. In such a case the amount deducted will be transferred to the bank account in the next 7-10 working days. Normally the bank takes this much time to credit the amount back into your account.

Q. The payment was successful but it still shows ‘Buy Now’ or not showing any videos on my dashboard? What should I do?

At times, there may be a slight delay in your payment reflecting on your EasyShiksha dashboard. However, if the problem is taking longer than 30 minutes, please let us know by writing to us at info@easyshiksha.com from your registered email id, and attach the screenshot of the payment receipt or transaction history. Soon after verification from the backend, we will update the payment status.

Q. What is the refund policy?

If you have enrolled, and are facing any technical problem then you can request a refund. But once the certificate has been generated, we shall not refund that.
