In response, we present an official statement to address the matter. This statement provides clarity, addresses concerns, and reaffirms our unwavering commitment to our students, parents, and stakeholders.

1. FIITJEE has not closed any centre as part of its own decision. Overnight desertion of the centre by the Centre Managing Partner along with the entire team suddenly overnight is the only reason for this force majeure type of condition. The present turmoil in the institution is temporary. Company officials are working to resume operations at all places within a reasonable time.

2. So far as criminal cases lodged against FIITJEE are concerned, our legal team is taking appropriate action against the malicious prosecutions lodged against us. 

3. This entire story is part of a criminal conspiracy which has been hatched by peoplewith vested interests and very soon through detailed investigation, the truth will emerge. TRUTH cannot be concealed forever. 

4. We are also going to taking strict legal action against the unfair trade practices adopted by our competitors before civil and criminal courts.

5. It is the primary duty of the media to go deep into the matter and reveal the TRUTH in the larger interests of society. 

6. FIITJEE has a very robust system that produces results. Our results are envy of every other coaching institute. Consistency in FIITJEE results has frustrated all our competitors. We urge every student to stay confident and not fall for any misleading tactics. When students join, they join FIITJEE for its systems & legacy and not any particular teacher(s). We would like to ensure that their studies will continue in such a manner that they will perform at their optimum best. Unperturbed by the acts of the Centre’sTeam & the Managing Partner, they should just focus on their studies. FIITJEE has been producing dominant results in India in JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NTSE, and Olympiads for the last 28 years. And it will continue to do so. FIITJEE’s commitment to its success is unwavering.

7. Every Managing Partner is responsible for the P&L of the centre. All centre-level operational decisions including strategy & planning for business growth, management, revenue generation, administration, infrastructure, costs & expenses etc. at centre level are managed and executed at the sole and exclusive discretion and judgement of the Managing Partners cum Centre Heads at their respective centres. The Corporate Office at Delhi only follows the advice of the Managing Partners in order to grow the business and the concerned officials of FIITJEE Corporate Delhi used to provide them with complete support as per their requisitions and instructions based on their projection for growth of business of their respective centres.

8. Since 2011, FIITJEE corporate level operations were run by a Core Group having 3 senior-most Managing Partners. They would consult National Head Academic Operations and CFO from time to time. National Head Academic Operations, and CFO became regular and permanent members of this core group from 2014-15. National Head Academic Operations was designated as COO from September 2020.

9. Managing Partners have a profit-sharing model besides getting a regular salary. They have been receiving regular MIS by email since 2014-15 to this effect. They compelled the corporate management to usurp the entire collections causing significant losses. Company had to yield to their demands in the interests of the students. Any ethical business partner would have not only grown significantly in financial terms but would have helped FIITJEE carry forward its “Mission, Vision, & Value System”. FIITJEE founder Mr DK Goel wanted coaching to become an alternate school that serves the society in true sense.

10. Owing to mismanagement & exploitation by the Managing Partners, FIITJEE’s financial situation worsened in January 2024. Group CFO forecasted that after 6 months,the company might run into operational cash crunch. In February 2024, company questioned the Core Group as well as all Managing Partners and told them to optimise the excess manpower, improve the work culture, and clearly outlined the strategy for bouncing back from the situation, so that their respective centres start operating without causing further losses. This was done through recorded Zoom Meetings and written communications. Most of the Managing Partners did not take any action. In fact, even this situation was exploited by some managing partners to gain unfair advantage. They rather than working on proper optimisation, halted admissions and disrupted regular processes. This exacerbated the financial crunch. 

11. FIITJEE centre level operations have been going on smoothly since 2003. Our corporate level professionals always made decisions keeping the interest of students in mind. And that is the reason despite losses for the past several years, we continued to support centres as per the representations by the centre teams.

12.FIITJEE believes in “Truth, Transparency, & Commitment”and in case you need any documents or details w.r.t any FIITJEE Centre or otherwise or want to examine any documents with respect thereto, please let us know so that same may be supplied to you at earliest for the needful. You may also depute a chartered accountant to look into the affairs of any centre and we are confident that we will not only emerge innocent, but you will also realise that we too are a victim along with students & parents. 

13. FIITJEE is the only company in the education sector to have reputed (top 10 in India) concurrent auditors as well as statutory auditors. This ensures that company’s accounts are 100% ethical and as per the laws of the land.
