Member of Parliament from Rajsamand, Princess Diya Kumari witnessed the process of building ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ during a visit to the campus of Bhartiya Skill Development University. The visit occurred at a time when the academic process of university are limited to online and the physical training stands suspended, the MP discussed the situation with university faculty while she admired the skill development infrastructure and laboratories. She said that the current pandemic has only further added relevance to skill upgradation.

There is a need to respond against crisis with global quality. To become self-reliant, we have to build up on the strengths of India, by staying relevant which is possible only by being skilled.”
