In yet another concerted effort to make education affordable, India’s leading online school, The Class of One (TCO1), formulated a new policy and announced a 75% waiver on tuition fees for girl children. The new step has been taken under the light to facilitate a quality-based, standardised, and holistic education and personality development for girls, announced on the 10th anniversary of International Day of the Girl Child.
The scheme has been specially designed to promote the inclusion of girls from backward classes and areas who find it taxing and arduous to go to schools and attend physical-format classes. Akin to similar announcements made previously, the 75% waiver on emoluments levied by TCO1 has been introduced to further girl-child education and provide incentives to give them equal rights as boys.

Commenting on the new discount policy, Ms. Divya Jain, Founder and Director, The Class of One(TCO1), said, “The new waiver policy will allow a substantial strength of girls to abnegate their inhibitions and join The Class of One (TCO1) for a better future and resilience. TCO1 not only focuses on developing the academic focal points of students but also highlights the importance of enhancing extra-curriculum activities, overall personality growth, cognitive abilities, and insight and reasoning faculties.”
The Class of One (TCO1) streamlined a vision to accelerate the pace of affordable and qualitative education a few months ago. In a bid to achieve this, the online school has put into action various student-friendly discount offers and schemes for sports enthusiasts, girls, and army kids.
