Ever wondered what it’s like to study, live and work in one world’s smartest and most beautiful cities?
Aqeeb Akram from Bangalore did just that and now he’s helping other Indians understand what Sydney and the Australian state of New South Wales (NSW) have to offer in a series of virtual events designed for students, parents and education agents.
“When I started researching the various destinations and universities across the globe I realised Australia, and more specifically NSW, was able to cater to all my needs as an international student,” says Aqeeb.
His choice turned out to be the right one and Aqeeb wants other international students to enjoy the same benefits. A few years after completing his post-graduate studies in Management at Sydney’s Macquarie Business School, Aqeeb joined Study NSW, part of Investment NSW, as a Senior Associate, Advocacy and Engagement.
“It is truly a place to feel new. So, choose your university, pack your bags and come to study in NSW,” he says.
