World Vegan Day is an annual veg festival celebrated around the world every November 1st. The benefits of human veganism and nature are celebrated through such activities as setting tables, handling potlucks, and planting monuments. The event was founded in 1994 by Louise Wallis, then Chairman of The Vegan Society in the United Kingdom, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the organization and the invention of the words “vegan” and “veganism”. Speaking in 2011, Louise Wallis said: “We knew that the Society was founded in November 1944 but we did not know the exact date, so I decided to go to November 1, in part because I liked the idea of this day associated with Samhain / Halloween and the day of the dead. and celebration, both appropriate and lucky.

History
All over the world, this day is celebrated with joy in exhibitions, conferences, restaurant specials, and events. This one day allows many opportunities for vegans to promote their lifestyle and anyone who wishes to embrace it. But this green organization did not start with just vegetarian animals.
In 1944, two members of ‘The Vegetarian Society UK’ – Donald Watson and Elise Shrigley, were at a crossroads with a club. In addition to eliminating meat from their daily diet, they also avoided products made or tested on animals. However, the community did not accept their lifestyle as unique, which led to the two making up ‘The Vegan Society. ‘
In honour of The Vegan Society’s 50th birthday in 1994, UK celebrities and then Vegan Society Chair – Louise Wallis, decided to commemorate November 1 as World Vegan Day. The names vegan and veganism were also coined by him. While deciding on a date, there was a lot of uncertainty as to which date in 1944 was founded by The Vegan Society. Knowing about Halloween and the Day of the Dead, Wallis chose the first one in November. The other, as they say, is history.
The organization has been in the spotlight recently, with its huge popularity discussing prominent celebrities who have committed to veganism over the past few years. Included among these are Ellen DeGeneres, Zac Effron, Ariana Grande, Pamela Anderson, and many others.
The biggest challenge facing veganism has been food chains. Fortunately, what was once thought of as a light snack, is now widely available in restaurants and supermarkets, offering a host of other plant-based alternatives. Fast food chains like KFC and Burger King also offer vegan burgers now, so we can all take it easy now and fix our fast food.
We can say that vegans are more conservative than people who only eat vegetables.
Vegetables do not eat eggs, meat, etc. While vegans avoid eating all dairy products and other animal products such as eggs, gelatin and honey. You will be surprised to learn that vegans, in fact, do not use soap, clothing, or beauty products that contain animal products.
Therefore, we can say that living as a vegetarian is easy as they can eat other animal products which are an important source of nutrients, proteins, vitamins, etc. But vegetables do not eat them and they should get more.
We cannot ignore the fact that being vegan, the chances of getting sick will decrease like heart disease, arthritis, certain types of cancer, diabetes, etc.
