Talking about her diet, Yukti said, “I eat all vegetables and pulses. I have recently stopped consuming roti and rice. My meal incorporates only a good mix of vegetables and pulses, DaalPalak for example. I have made these choices keeping in mind the kind of skin problems I had. I also eat dinner by 7:30 in the evening. Following this routine was a little difficult in the beginning but now I am used to it.”
