Indian captain Virat Kohli has made it a habit to break records or make new ones every time he measures out to bat. The run-machine has claimed his dominance as one of the most prolific run-getters in the world cricket with his outstanding consistency and continues to attain new milestones with the willow. Along with the upcoming Test series against Australia will probably be no different, as Kohli will be eyeing Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar’s record from the Test series, which starts from December 6.

Kohli now has five Test centuries to his name on the Australian soil and is only two shorts of breaking Tendulkar’s record of the majority of countless Australia.

Talking about other figures, Tendulkar is the second Indian after Gavaskar among the list of most hundreds against a single group. While Gavaskar has registered 13 hundred against the West Indies, Tendulkar has listed 11 against Australia.

The last time India played a four-match Test series against Australia, they’d lost 0-2, with just two of them ending in a draw.
