AICTE and Fourth Ambit Join Hands to Build Online Communities for Technical institutions

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Edu-Tech Startup, Fourth Ambit Technologies Pvt Ltd. As part of this MOU, Fourth Ambit would work with AICTE and its member institutions to leverage its online platform and technical infrastructure to setup private online community portals for AICTE approved institutions. Such a community portal would help these institutions to on-board and engage alumni, parents, corporate partners and other well-wishers, thereby facilitating value for their students and faculty.
In addition to the above, a supporting ecosystem would be set up at the Fourth Ambit platform level by on-boarding partners across themes like skilling, entrepreneurship, networking, jobs, internships, faculty capability building, higher education, social causes, and technology evangelism.
The MoU was signed by AICTE Chairman Prof. Anil D Sahasrabudhe and Fourth Ambit CEO Rahul Das at AICTE office in VasantKunj, New Delhi.
Prof. Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, AICTE says,” AICTE has signed MoUs with other organizations as well for leveraging quality initiatives for the students and faculty at large in terms of internship, job opportunities and skilling tests. We hope that this project with Fourth Ambit would synergize the benefits of the same under one umbrella for the student community. We request the college alumni and corporate partners to join us in this endeavour to set up an online community ecosystem to support all the Technical Institutions in the country.”
“Setting up online community portals for more than 10,000 technical institutions across the length and breadth of India and fostering multi-dimensional value for more than 50 Million users is a daunting task. But, backed by a robust tech platform, led by an inspired team, supported by corporate partners, enabled by AICTE and State Universities, we are confident of creating history and nurturing a self-fulfilling value-based ecosystem”, remarked Rahul Das, CEO of Fourth Ambit.
The project would be activated in a phased manner across the various states with the AICTE Regional Office and State Universities playing a key role in the roll out. Corporate partners would get an opportunity to engage with and create value for a large base of authenticated students and alumni from technical institutes across the country.
About Fourth ambit
Fourth ambit which was co-founded by four classmates from Govt Model Engineering College, Kochi has been operational since 2012 and has more than 1000 college communities already on its platform. Among its clientele, are premier institutes such as IIM Bangalore, NIT Trichy, IIM Kozhikode, Manipal University, XIM Bhubaneshwaretc. Fourth Ambit raised their first round of funding earlier this year via 1Crowd, a crowd funding platform.

All the software/tools that you need for the course would be shared with you during the training as and when you need them.

Q. Do I get the certificate in a hard copy?
No, only a soft copy of the certificate will be awarded, which can be downloaded and printed, if required.
Q. The payment got deducted, but the updated transaction status is showing “failed”. What to do now?
Due to some technical faults, this can happen. In such a case the amount deducted will be transferred to the bank account in the next 7-10 working days. Normally the bank takes this much time to credit the amount back into your account.
Q. The payment was successful but it still shows ‘Buy Now’ or not showing any videos on my dashboard? What should I do?
At times, there may be a slight delay in your payment reflecting on your EasyShiksha dashboard. However, if the problem is taking longer than 30 minutes, please let us know by writing to us at info@easyshiksha.com from your registered email id, and attach the screenshot of the payment receipt or transaction history. Soon after verification from the backend, we will update the payment status.
Q. What is the refund policy?
If you have enrolled, and are facing any technical problem then you can request a refund. But once the certificate has been generated, we shall not refund that..

Yes! You surely can. To begin this, just click the course of your interest and fill in the details to enrol. You are ready to learn, once the payment is made. For the same, you earn a certificate too.
