Gurugram, 29th May 2025: Manasthali, a leading mental health platform founded by renowned psychiatrist Dr. Jyoti Kapoor, has announced the launch of its Summer Internship Program 2025 — a comprehensive initiative aimed at equipping psychology students and young professionals with practical, hands-on experience in clinical mental healthcare. The program is available at two levels — Foundational and Advanced — catering to varying stages of academic and professional development.
Targeted at both undergraduate and postgraduate psychology students, the internship aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world clinical practice. With a strong focus on skill-building, ethical diagnostics, and supervised exposure, this one-month program is ideal for those looking to strengthen their foundation in mental health services.

Manathali’s Summer Internship Program offers a comprehensive clinical learning experience, including real-time therapy and Mental Status Examination (MSE) observations, hands-on training in psychodiagnostics with five case reports, and supervised exposure to OPD sessions with guidance on case history taking. Interns will also receive training in clinical disorders, therapeutic techniques, and intervention planning (for selected candidates), along with access to research and journal writing support. Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded a certificate, with top performers receiving a Letter of Recommendation.
“Our internship is more than an observational experience. it’s an immersive, structured journey into clinical practice. We aim to equip the next generation of mental health professionals with practical skills, ethical insight, and the confidence to make a real difference. In addition, Manasthali offers a unique opportunity through its signature course, ‘The Integrative Mental Health Internship’, designed for those interested in holistic approaches to mental wellness. This specialized program explores integrative therapies such as music and art therapy, therapeutic story writing, clinical hypnotherapy, and other complementary health practices, providing a rich, multidimensional perspective on mental health care, ” said Dr. Jyoti Kapoor, Founder and Director at Manasthali.
