B.Ed- 50% or more marks in aggregate in the Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanities.
B.Tech with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other equivalent qualification.
B.A. B.Ed Integrated- 50% or more marks in aggregate in 10+2 in any stream with pass in English
