Sterlite Power won the ‘Utility M&A Deal of the Year’ award for attracting KKR and GIC as investors to India Grid Trust (IndiGrid). Sterlite Power was the sponsor of IndiGrid, which is India’s first infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) in the power sector.
