Emotional abuse is difficult to name or even talk about and seldom taken seriously because it cannot be seen like bruises or broken bones. Any relationship can be emotionally abusive like parent-child, siblings, friendship and partner to partner. To explain and identify the nature of emotional abuse in a close relationship and ways to deal with them, Deen Dayal Upadhayay College, Dwarka joined hands with zyego, a company working in the areas of emotional wellness, organized a workshop on ‘Emotional abuse in relationships’.

The workshop aimed at providing real life insight into the topic and key takeaways that students could apply in their respective lives and relationships.
