XLRI Jamshedpur Hosts ‘Rendezvous with XLRI – Bengaluru 2025’: A Strategic Dialogue on Future of Work, Skills and Talent

Jamshedpur, May 28, 2025 – XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, successfully hosted its annual flagship recruiters’ conclave, Rendezvous with XLRI – Bengaluru 2025, at Taj MG Road, Bengaluru. The high-impact event brought together leading corporate executives, senior HR professionals, XLRI alumni and academicians for an evening of thought leadership and strategic industry-academia dialogue.

The event’s keynote address was delivered by Ms. C Lakshmi, Senior Managing Director and CHRO, Accenturewho graced the evening as the Chief Guest. In her address, Ms. Lakshmi highlighted the growing imperative for organizations and educational institutions to reimagine talent models and reskill the workforce in light of the tech-led transformation of workplaces. “The responsibility of shaping tomorrow’s workforce lies equally with corporate houses and premier educational institutions like XLRI,” she stated.

A high-energy panel discussion followed, centered on the theme: “Future of Work, Skills and Talent in an Indian Perspective.
