Candidates who have filled form for Group D examination are now requested to visit the official website to get more details about the admit card and to download it. The exams are going to be held on November 17 and November 18. The Commission was supposed to release the second batch admit cards last week, but because of long weekend due to Hindus biggest festival Deepawali it could not release the admit cards. Now, it is highly expected that the HSSC Group D admit cards for the second batch examination would be released today.

Last week the batch one examination was held on November 10 and 11 for which the admit cards were released on November 2 as per the candidate’s application number.

The HSSC, in the month of September 2018, had invited applications for direct recruitment to the Group D posts in various state government departments, boards and corporations.

HSSC Group D Qualification:

Minimum qualification: For applying to these posts, the candidates should have passed matriculation from a recongised institution/board with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subjects. The candidate should be within the age bracket of 18-42 years.

The 90 marks written exam will primarily have two sections. The first section will have 75 marks questions based on General Awareness, Reasoning, Mathematics, Science, English and Hindi while the second section will have 25-mark question on subjects like History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Economics, Culture of Haryana etc.

The 10 marks will be awarded to the candidates based on his/her socio-economic background and experience. The examiner will broadly consider four points – family employment (5 marks), widow/orphan (5 marks), Denotified Tribe (8 marks) and experience (8 marks) – before awarding the marks to the candidates.
