Hungary, located in Central Europe and part of the European Union since 2004, has been an attraction to a large number of influential business leaders, with its government-dominant educational system providing its students with global career opportunities. Dr Sandeep Sancheti, Provost, Marwadi University, added that “This is a great step by us to provide the kind of global exposure students are seeking today. We look forward to deepening our ties and enhancing the career opportunities for our students.”  Marwadi University has proposed a plan to provide a dual-degree programme for its BBA and B.Com students to pursue three years of their respective programme in Marwadi University, with the option of pursuing their final year from the University of Dunaújváros.

By pursuing the dual-degree programme, the students are eligible to take admissions in post-graduate programmes within the European Union. This will enable students to get a double specialization within a shorter span of time and avail all the benefits of a double degree from both countries. Mr Vazo Jozsef, International Office, University of Dunaújváros, mentioned that “Dunaújváros is the industrial centre of the region. By offering a dual-degree programme, students would take a step towards internationalization, which would bring a lot of exposure.”
