New Delhi, August 23, 2019: JD Institute of Fashion Technology held an orientation ceremony on Thursday to welcome and introduce new students to the institute. The highlight of the ceremony was a panel discussion on “Design Careers – Your gateway to an exciting future”.
The panel moderated by Ms. Akshra Dalal, Director, JD Institute of Fashion Technology, featured stalwarts from the media, fashion and design fraternities such as Jamal Shaikh, National Editor, HT Brunch; ace designer Payal Jain; and Nilanjan Bhowal, designer and principal architect at Design Consortium. The experts gave the students a glimpse into the dynamics of the industry, career prospects, and also spoke about their own personal journey in their respective professions.
