The theme of the science exhibition this year was ‘Technology and Toys’. Students and teachers from the secondary grades and junior colleges showcased various projects which reflected their innovative ideas and scientific knowledge.

Speaking at the event, Ms. Jayashri Bhake, Principal at Orchids The International School – Malad said, “At OIS, we believe that science and technology are integral parts of solving many of the world’s biggest problems. We have a STEM-integrated curriculum that helps students develop logical and critical thinking skills by allowing students to learn and understand things from the perspective of the real world. Through this fair, we also wanted to encourage students from other schools and colleges to explore a similar interest in STEM. We received an overwhelming response for our maiden attempt, and we look forward to hosting similar events in the future to foster students’ inclination towards science and instill a passion for innovation.”
