There might be some problem or glitches in downloading the e-call letter or the Admit Card but the Links is online. You can download you RRB Group D Call Letter from the website. RRB has clarified that those candidates who are having their Computer-based test (CBT) for Level 1 posts on September 18, 19 and 20 and could not download e-call letter, have been sent SMS with centre details and an email with the link to download and print their e-call letter.
RRB had last week activated the mock link of the computer-based test (CBT) for Level 1, Group D posts (CEN 02/2018). The links to check the application status was also activated.
The CBT will be of 90-minute duration and PWD candidates accompanied with a scribe will be given 120 minutes to answer the questions.
Candidates should not carry any personal computational devices, Bluetooth devices, cell phones any electronic gadgets et al to the exam venue. There will be no arrangement made for keeping the same. They should also not carry any textual material, printed or written, bits of papers or any electronic gadgets. Moreover, candidates are not allowed to wear mehndi or henna on the left thumb to avoid difficulties in registration.
Also, candidates, who are to appear for the second phase of examination starting from October 17 to December 15, 2018 can check their exam city and other details from the official website from September 30, 2018 onward.

No, only a soft copy of the certificate will be awarded, which can be downloaded and printed, if required.
Q. The payment got deducted, but the updated transaction status is showing “failed”. What to do now?
Due to some technical faults, this can happen. In such a case the amount deducted will be transferred to the bank account in the next 7-10 working days. Normally the bank takes this much time to credit the amount back into your account.
Q. The payment was successful but it still shows ‘Buy Now’ or not showing any videos on my dashboard? What should I do?
At times, there may be a slight delay in your payment reflecting on your EasyShiksha dashboard. However, if the problem is taking longer than 30 minutes, please let us know by writing to us at info@easyshiksha.com from your registered email id, and attach the screenshot of the payment receipt or transaction history. Soon after verification from the backend, we will update the payment status.
