Pune, November 18, 2022: The Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence recently hosted Mr. Quaiser Khalid, IPS, Commissioner of Police Railways, Mumbai, for a leadership talk for their management students. The purpose of the event was to provide students with an in-depth understanding of various aspects of what makes a leader’s personality and the qualities that each individual must possess to be successful in life.
Lexicon MILE is dedicated to creating futuristic leaders and hosting leadership talks, interactive sessions, and workshops. It is one way they ensure their students get to learn through interactions with strong personalities. In the past, they have organized interactive sessions for their students with eminent dignitaries from wide domains, to name a few: CEOs from different organizations, renowned Bollywood actors, TV personalities, distinguished bureaucrats, Honorable Members of Parliament, Honorable Ministers from the Legislative Assembly of Maharashtra, and the Honorable Governor of Maharashtra; they were all motivational and inspirational sessions that were thoroughly enjoyed by the students. This time, the institute decided to host a personality who has achieved a great feat during his service so far and whose work is truly phenomenal.
IPS Quaiser Khalid’s, Leadership Talk helped students understand what character and personality are and how important they are to succeed. IPS Quaiser Khalid developed a connection with the students and interacted with them via his compassion while giving insights into the important lessons he learned during his life. He advised the students to have a clear thought process. The guests at the leadership talk are true examples of resilience; they are all exemplary people who have broken out of their shells and have done something uniquely phenomenal with their lives. IPS Quaiser Khalid also offered some personal experiences to demonstrate why it is important to acquire excellence to achieve what one desires. The personal experiences shared by IPS Quaiser Khalid moved the students and also sparked that never-give-up spirit among them.
