The University is pioneering an immersive and tech-driven counselling experience for thousands of students who will appear for UPES B.Tech counselling from May 31^st to June 3^rd, 2018 in nine cities- Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Dehradun, Bhopal, Lucknow, Patna, Jaipur and Chandigarh.

B.Tech Counselling session rolls out from May 31^st ’18 to June 03^rd ’18 across nine cities

The UPES B.Tech counselling sessions will be more visually enriching and engaging. For the first time, the University is also using Virtual Reality (VR) technology that will allow the students and their parents to virtually experience the UPES campus. Leveraging the strong academic collaborations that UPES has developed over the years with leading organizations, industry experts from various organizations such as IBM, Xebia etc. have been invited during the B.Tech counselling to conduct interactive knowledge sessions with the parents and students. Besides this, cross-functional teams including faculty members, career services, enrolments, administration will be available to address queries and provide the right guidance. Student alumni would also be present to speak with students and their parents.

UPES is also creating “Experience Zones” across nine counselling venues that will allow the participants to walk-through information regarding engineering students’ projects, extra-curricular activities and life beyond academics at UPES to get a holistic perspective of an exciting life at the campus.

The layout and design of the counselling venues is such that parents and their wards can walk around, interact freely and take their time going through the otherwise dreary and sometimes “clinical” process.

Q. The payment got deducted, but the updated transaction status is showing “failed”. What to do now?

Due to some technical faults, this can happen. In such a case the amount deducted will be transferred to the bank account in the next 7-10 working days. Normally the bank takes this much time to credit the amount back into your account.

Q. The payment was successful but it still shows ‘Buy Now’ or not showing any videos on my dashboard? What should I do?

At times, there may be a slight delay in your payment reflecting on your EasyShiksha dashboard. However, if the problem is taking longer than 30 minutes, please let us know by writing to us at info@easyshiksha.com from your registered email id, and attach the screenshot of the payment receipt or transaction history. Soon after verification from the backend, we will update the payment status.

Q. What is the refund policy?

If you have enrolled, and are facing any technical problem then you can request a refund. But once the certificate has been generated, we shall not refund that.
