ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The candidates must have qualified 10+2 examination from affiliated state board or central board with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as mandatory subjects and have aggregate total minimum 75% in all these subjects are eligible to apply for the test. The aspirants also must have good command on English and at least 60% marks in each subject of Mathematics, Physics, and chemistry.
Candidates who are appearing for their 12th standard final exam or awaiting their result can also appear for this exam.
If the student is already studying under any of the BITS campus, they are not allowed to appear for the exam.

EXAM PATTERN

The BITSAT 2016 is computer based test that includes 150 MCQs (multiple Choice Questions). The duration of exam is 3 hours and has negative marking. For every correct answer candidate is rewarded with three marks while wrong answer gets one mark deducted from the score. There is no mark for an unanswered question. In case candidate can complete all the 150 questions before time, he can have the choice of 12 extra question from given segments and can try each of them. Though, if one attempts these twelve questions cannot return and make editions in the earlier 150 answers. All the questions and instruction about the test are provided in English language only.

How to apply for BITSAT?

Aspirant can apply BITSAT 2016 through online by visiting official portal. They need to register themselves and make the payment of the application fee as exam fee. For male candidates the cost of the form is Rs 2090 while for female candidates it is Rs 1590.For getting a better understanding of the admission procedure, the candidates are requested to visit the official website of BITSAT.

BITSAT EXAM CENTRE
Now BITSAT exam authority has allowed their candidates to choose exam centres in India and Dubai as well. If the candidate chooses their centre in India then they are allowed to give three preferences but in case of Dubai, there aren`t any preferences, the concerned authority will automatically allot a centre to the candidate.Most probably the allotment of test centres will be done in the last week of February, 2016. Q. The payment got deducted, but the updated transaction status is showing “failed”. What to do now?

Due to some technical faults, this can happen. In such a case the amount deducted will be transferred to the bank account in the next 7-10 working days. Normally the bank takes this much time to credit the amount back into your account.

Q. The payment was successful but it still shows ‘Buy Now’ or not showing any videos on my dashboard? What should I do?

At times, there may be a slight delay in your payment reflecting on your EasyShiksha dashboard. However, if the problem is taking longer than 30 minutes, please let us know by writing to us at info@easyshiksha.com from your registered email id, and attach the screenshot of the payment receipt or transaction history. Soon after verification from the backend, we will update the payment status.

Q. What is the refund policy?

If you have enrolled, and are facing any technical problem then you can request a refund. But once the certificate has been generated, we shall not refund that.
