BIS Recruitment 2020 Eligibility Criteria Details

Qualification: Candidates who have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology or its equivalent with not less than 60% marks in aggregate and having valid GATE Scores of 2018/2019/2020. The GATE scores must be valid on 31.03.2020.

Age Criteria: Applicants should not be less than 30 years as on 31.03.2020 are eligible for BIS Jobs 2020. Age relaxation is given to the reserved category candidates as per department rule such as 3 years for OBC & 5 years for SC/ST category candidates.

Application fee: General/OBC/EWS category candidates need to deposit Rs. 100/- as an application fee for BIS Recruitment 2020. SC/ST/PWD/Female/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from the payment of an application fee. Aspirants can pay their application fee through Debit Card, Credit Card, & Net Banking.

Qualification: Candidates should check post wise qualification details for BIS Vacancy 2020.

Technical Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in Science (with Chemistry or Microbiology or Physics or Bio-Technology or Food Technology or Bio-Chemistry or Electronics as one of the main subject) with 60% Or three years diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Civil or Chemical or Electronics or Food Technology or Metallurgy with 60% marks.
Senior Technician: Matric or it’s equivalent and ITI in Electrician, Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, Mechanic, Diesel– Engine, Fitter, Carpenter, Welder and two years’ practical experience.
