The national summit will promote excellence in software product management and bring together industry and academia

10 SEPTEMBER 2019, Bengaluru: Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) will co-host the 2^nd India Software Product Management Summit, along with the International Software Product Management Association (ISPMA), on January 17 and 18 (Friday and Saturday), 2020.

The two-day event on January 17 and 18, 2020 will be the 2^nd edition of the summit following the first successful summit in February 2019 that witnessed participation of over 150 delegates.

Professor Rajendra K. Bandi, Chairperson of the Centre for Software and IT Management at IIM Bangalore, said: “India is rapidly emerging as a strong hub for developing software products for the global markets, and it is essential that the industry and academia come together to create an ecosystem to share knowledge and best practices and also to build a community.”

The summit will cover the complete range of Software Product Management (SPM) topics through workshops, panel discussions, fireside chats, presentations on industry best practices and success stories, and academic papers. It will also include keynote addresses by internationally renowned experts of Software Product Management.

One of the highlights of the India SPM summit is the celebration of excellence in software product management, instituted to celebrate excellence in the software product management practices and showcase the best practices.

Q. The payment got deducted, but the updated transaction status is showing “failed”. What to do now?

Due to some technical faults, this can happen. In such a case the amount deducted will be transferred to the bank account in the next 7-10 working days. Normally the bank takes this much time to credit the amount back into your account.

Q. The payment was successful but it still shows ‘Buy Now’ or not showing any videos on my dashboard? What should I do?

At times, there may be a slight delay in your payment reflecting on your EasyShiksha dashboard. However, if the problem is taking longer than 30 minutes, please let us know by writing to us at info@easyshiksha.com from your registered email id, and attach the screenshot of the payment receipt or transaction history. Soon after verification from the backend, we will update the payment status.

Q. What is the refund policy?

If you have enrolled, and are facing any technical problem then you can request a refund. But once the certificate has been generated, we shall not refund that.
