For instance, schools do not need any other book, smart class or teacher training once they implement the system. In the last three years, students have achieved 1.8 years of growth every year in English (compared to 0.5 years in most schools). Math and Science scores go up by 10-12% points in a year. Teacher performance has been shown to increase by 15-20% in a year.

LEAD School has also developed an app containing curriculum-mapped ready-to-use lesson plans, teacher training modules, AV resources, and assessments. Besides, parents also get a parent app that helps them engage with their children’s learning and progress.
