June 2, 2020: VIBGYOR Group of Schools commenced the highly anticipated academic session in 38 schools in 14 cities across India through Virtual Learning Sessions (VLS) amidst lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The parents wholeheartedly supported to maintain continuity of education through Virtual Learning Sessionsto aid the ‘StudyfromHome’ programme initiated by the school.

VIGBYOR’s opening of schools is in sync with the government directives of maintaining continuity through virtual education especially in the zones which are still under lockdown. Students across different locations have been asked to maintain punctuality and discipline by logging-in on time, assist in the smooth functioning of online-classroom activities throughout the day. Attendance is marked for every student when they log-in for every session. Students were also asked to dress in smart casuals for the sessions to maintain decorum.

The teachers have been asked to brief all students about hygiene-related issues, social distancing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular physical activities along with regularly completing their school assignments. The teachers have been guiding students in getting adjusted to the ‘new normal’ and virtual learning.  VIBGYOR has partnered with Microsoft Teams and TCS iON to provide support to conduct online education and have been training the teachers on these platforms since the past two months keeping in mind the uncertainty of the lockdown period.

The school is engaging the students in two batches – one in the morning and afternoon. The morning batch consists of students from Grade 8-12 and commences from 8 am to 12.30 pm and constitute 30 minutes of learning sessions along with a 10-minute break between every session. Similar to a physical environment, VIBGYOR maintained a 20-minute recess for the students. While the senior classes had a longer session, students from Grade 1 to 7 had a three-hour session starting from 3-6 pm.

Q. What software/tools would be needed for the course and how can I get them?

All the software/tools that you need for the course would be shared with you during the training as and when you need them.

Q. Do I get the certificate in a hard copy?

No, only a soft copy of the certificate will be awarded, which can be downloaded and printed, if required.

Q. I’m unable to make a payment. What to do now?

Q. The payment got deducted, but the updated transaction status is showing “failed”. What to do now?

Due to some technical faults, this can happen. In such a case the amount deducted will be transferred to the bank account in the next 7-10 working days. Normally the bank takes this much time to credit the amount back into your account.

Q. The payment was successful but it still shows ‘Buy Now’ or not showing any videos on my dashboard? What should I do?

At times, there may be a slight delay in your payment reflecting on your EasyShiksha dashboard. However, if the problem is taking longer than 30 minutes, please let us know by writing to us at info@easyshiksha.com from your registered email id, and attach the screenshot of the payment receipt or transaction history. Soon after verification from the backend, we will update the payment status.

Q. What is the refund policy?

If you have enrolled, and are facing any technical problem then you can request a refund. But once the certificate has been generated, we shall not refund that.

Q.Can I just enrol in a single course?

Yes! You surely can. To begin this, just click the course of your interest and fill in the details to enrol. You are ready to learn, once the payment is made. For the same, you earn a certificate too.
