**How EasyShiksha Internship/Training Program Works**

According to a report by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp Update is testing a feature to improve chat search. The feature is called ‘Advanced Search’ which is an improved version of the app’s already available feature —Chat Search. The feature would have an added ‘Media’ window, which would allow users to search for photos, videos, GIFs, documents, etc.

Of course, WhatsApp already has a Search feature that allows you to search for specific chats, but it is limited to text only. The ‘Advanced Search’ feature will reportedly allow users to search multiple types of message and you will be able to search between photos, GIFs, videos, documents, links and even audio. WhatsApp beta tracker WABetaInfo made this claim in a report earlier this week.

Once you tap on the advanced search bar, the screen will report on how many media files are stored in your WhatsApp Storage. If you tap on Photos, WhatsApp will open all photos shared in all groups and chats in a list format. Due to some technical faults, this can happen. In such a case the amount deducted will be transferred to the bank account in the next 7-10 working days. Normally the bank takes this much time to credit the amount back into your account.

Q. The payment was successful but it still shows ‘Buy Now’ or not showing any videos on my dashboard? What should I do?

At times, there may be a slight delay in your payment reflecting on your EasyShiksha dashboard. However, if the problem is taking longer than 30 minutes, please let us know by writing to us at info@easyshiksha.com from your registered email id, and attach the screenshot of the payment receipt or transaction history. Soon after verification from the backend, we will update the payment status.

Q. What is the refund policy?

If you have enrolled, and are facing any technical problem then you can request a refund. But once the certificate has been generated, we shall not refund that.
